COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
BENZOCAINE ORAL TOPICAL AEROSOL
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description.
Salient characteristics:
Shall be Benzocaine Oral Topical Aerosol.
Shall be 20% Benzocaine within the applicable assay limits.
Shall be in a pressurized container with a valve which permits the can to be sprayed in any position.
All ingredients shall be of a pharmaceutical grade.
Workmanship. The aerosol shall be free from defects which detracts from its appearance or impair its serviceability
Unit. Container (CO). Shall be supplied 2 oz (approximately 60 ml), in a commercially available pressurized container. One container, as specified, constitutes one unit.
