For Strength 1, Size 1, Type I, shall be supplied 1 gram in a commercially available vial. One package containing 25 vials, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 1, Size 2, Type I, shall be supplied 1 gram in a commercially available vial. One package containing 10 vials, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 1, Size 2, Type II, shall be supplied 1 gram in a commercially available bottle with a rated capacity of not less than 100 ml. Bottle shall be accompanied by a suitable hanging device which allows the bottle to be hung for intermittent intravenous administration. One package containing 10 bottles together with hanging devices, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 2, Size 1, Type I, shall be supplied 2 grams in a commercially available vial. One package containing 25 vials, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 2, Size 2, Type I, shall be supplied 2 grams in a commercially available vial. One package containing 10 vials, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 2, Size 2, Type II, shall be supplied 2 grams in a commercially available bottle with a rated capacity of not less than 100 ml. Bottle shall be accompanied by a suitable hanging device which allows the bottle to be hung for intermittent intravenous administration. One package containing 10 bottles together with hanging devices, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 3, shall be supplied in a commercially available bottle with a rated capacity of not less than 100 ml. Bottle shall be supplied with a suitable hanging device. For use in pharmacy intravenous admixture programs. One package containing six bottles with six hanging devices, as specified, constitutes one unit.

For Strength 1 and 2, Type II and Strength 3, bottle closure shall be compatible with stocklisted intravenous sets:
