MICONAZOLE NITRATE TREATMENT KIT, 36s
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Interim Commercial Item Description which was developed by the Defense Personnel Support Center, Directorate of Medical Materiel, DPSC-RST, 2800 South 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19101, based upon currently available technical information.
Salient characteristics:

Individual components shall be in accordance with the requirements of the USP.
All ingredients shall be of pharmaceutical grade.
Workmanship. The product shall be free from defects which detract from its appearance of impair its serviceability.
Unit. Package (PG).
Shall be supplied one combination package containing three vaginal suppositories, one tube vaginal cream and one vaginal applicator. One package containing 36 such packages, as specified, constitutes one unit.
